Reset database

This will completely clear your database, just like when you first started your WordPress, but without the tedious steps involved in the famous 5-minute setup. There’s no need to fill in the Site title, Username, Password, Email, Database host, or Table Prefix again. We already have this information, so we just simplify it for you by skipping the boring part.

Admins safelist

If you have more than one admin, you can choose which one to keep. We will always save the account you are currently logged into.

Delete content

If you have plugins and a theme set up, and have uploaded your files (like images and videos), you also have the option to delete only the pages, posts, and taxonomies.

Tables that will be cleared with this option:

  • Posts
  • Post meta
  • Comments
  • Comment meta
  • Term meta
  • Terms
  • Term relationships
  • Term Taxonomy

Delete content files

Everything under the /wp-content/ directory will be cleaned up.

This includes your uploads folder, where WordPress stores files from the media library. Additionally, migration and backup plugins, which create their own folders under /wp-content/, will also have their contents removed.

Note: Although the Plugins and Themes folders are located under /wp-content/, this feature will not remove anything from these two folders.

Delete all plugins.

This feature will remove all the plugins (Active and Disabled) form the plugins folder keeping DevKit Plugin safe and active.

Delete all theme.

This feature will remove all the themes. Even the active one.

Reset unlock

To enable the reset of your WordPress installation, we’ve added a safe input area. You need to type “RESET” (it’s not case-sensitive) to activate the reset option. Once you type “RESET,” a reset button will be displayed.
